Team Leader

Location: Gdansk

Main responsibilities:

  • ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions according to process documentation,
  • leading, managing and motivating a team of approx. 15-20 accountants,
  • managing continuous improvement in team, individual and process performance,
  • following up and resolve issues and queries from internal stakeholders,
  • reviewing and report results,
  • assistance in measuring performance against Service Level Agreements,
  • compliance with policies and procedures.

Core competences and skills:

  • university degree in Business Administration (econ.) or comparable professional,
  • 4-8 years leadership experience,
  • profound technical knowledge of general accounting and International Accounting Standards,
  • experience in SSC / BPO beneficial,
  • very good English language skills, knowledge of German is beneficial, other languages are welcome,
  • proficiency in MS Office, SAP FI beneficial,
  • motivation and strong organizational skills, ability to motivate others,
  • team work,
  • dedication and accuracy,
  • ability to operate in a highly intercultural environment.
